By accessing or using KeKu's AI-powered call assistant service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of KeKu and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
You retain ownership of any content you provide to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, modify, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
Your privacy is critically important to us. Our use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
No Guarantee of Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, AI technology may make mistakes. Always verify important information independently.
Service Availability: We do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control.
Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for third-party services integrated with KeKu.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, KeKu's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KeKu, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may request a copy of your data within 30 days of termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New York, NY, except for claims that qualify for small claims court. Class action lawsuits and class-wide arbitration are not permitted.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and KeKu regarding the Service.
